Refunds & Returns Policy
Right of withdrawal (ångerrät)
All consumers within the EU, Norway and Iceland have a 14-day right of withdrawal (14 dagars ångerrät). It is the consumer who will be responsible for the return shipping if the consumer regrets his/her purchase.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- the product is defective from factory
- you receive the wrong item
- you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and must be unused, complete with all its parts and accessories, bags cables and its original box. The item must be well packed)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable if the return reason is not a seller error.
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- your account is not in good standing.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, sending a message on Contact Us page.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item send us a message on Contact Us page.
You may be responsible for state and local sales/use taxes. Please check your local sales tax laws.
